How to measure SSO(Simutaneous Switching Output) noise?

SSO noise is "Simutaneous Switching Output noise"
could someone tell me what does the SSO noise inculde after I give the different switching input signal?I mean what should I measure?
now I only measure the "peak to peak" on the power.
