Hi,

I would like to know how i can measure/simulate the noise(1/f) of a Op Amp. And if anyone know how i do this on HSPICE.
Thanks.

You need an op amp model with noise factors built-in. Some models do. You can just do a noise simulation of the model and see if it shows a 1/f increase in noise at low frequencies. I believe a .noise statement in conjunction with an AC analysis will do that.
