I want to know 10 bit SAR ADC , supply voltage 0.5V , Vcm based , after DAC switch 9 times , how to measure DAC input Dynamic range ? I need to know voltage range that I can use Voltage to time Converter transfer the voltage to times

Thanks everyone reading

Sample_N = DAC's N node Sample_P=DAC's P node

1.
I'm not aware of IC's that run on 0.5V supply voltage.
Or do you mean signal voltage?

2.
To count 9 cycles, there's the 4017 IC (1 to 10 counter). Tap the #9 output pin to trigger your reading at the DAC.

3.
Voltage-to-time conversion: apply signal voltage through a known resistance to a capacitor, then see how long it takes to charge to a reference voltage...
Or...
Apply signal directly to capacitor, then disconnect signal. See how long it takes to discharge through a known resistance.
