sc-circuit noise pnoise

hello! How can I measure SC circuit noise using Hspice? Can I measure it by AC analysis in two phase or I need to do it on a transient analysis?

Maybe the following paper helps you, even it is written for spectre. However, some of this ideas can be taken for hspice i think.

Thank you very much!!

u can use spectrerf ,hspice can not work

Hspice can not simulate the noise of SC,because the noise parameter can calculate during the AC analysis, so the Spectre RF is recommanded.
PSS , pnoise and PAC is used to simulate the period ac signal such as the SC filter circuit.

Hspice RF???
You mean Hspice has RF simulation tools now?? In which version please?
