rf current source

I have problem building a current source. I need the output of the amplifier circuit to be like a current source. Any suggestions for that? And I might need to control it freely.

rf current source

An emitter follower ( common base-common drain)will behave a voltage controlled current source ( of course within certain limits) in RF.

If you have a capability to use CMOSRF, it will be easier to build voltage controlled current source.

Re: rf current source

Well, my problem here is the power level is nearly 30dBm. Most BJTs cannot operate linearly at that region. I am thinking of using MOSFET at the saturation level. But at the same time, the linearity is sacrificed a lot. That troubles me a lot.
