powerpcb drill holes

I'm taking print out of my pcbs from powerpcb. But the padstacks are always filled. I want to make the drill holes seem empty. (Padstacks are black but drill holes are white) How can i do this? I use different shapes of padstacks. I found a way for circular ones but no solution to others. I also believe that it isn't the regular way? What is the regular way of doing this?
I've only done several pcbs with powerpcb so i don't know it very well.
