how to make a simple handycam?

could somone please tell me how to make a simple full color handycam, not black-and-white, that can be zoomed in and out?

what electronic components and tools are needed?

please provide with its electronic diagram.

You are asking a very high-level thing for a complete beginner! It is unlikely you could make it work even if someone gave you a complete design, which is unlikely.

Can I suggest that you read a couple of projects books?

I would recommend Electronic Gadgets for the Evil Genius, and Electronic Circuits for the Evil Genius.

These might give you some interesting things that you can start building. If you want more advanced theory/knowledge, then there are many good educational books.
