How to make a NOT gate using XOR gate, OR gate and 2 AND gates?

Hi,

I have: 1 XOR gate, 2 AND gates and 1 OR gate. Now i need a NOT gate that has to be done only with the above mentioned gates. Is it possible? If so how?
 

NOT gate

A NOT gate is an inverter. Use the XOR with one input tied high.
