How to make a new ratsnest in OrCAD PCB Editor?

2 questions:
1_I don´t know how to make a new ratnet without prior netlist
2_I would also like to change the name of an existing rastnet

Instead of Orcad you should use Allegro - it is easier to do it in Allegro
