How to make a file of .cshrc.private for AMIS project setup?

i have installed AMIS DesignKit.the problem i'm facing is the setup or UDS/MSD Project Setup.In the notes provided by AMIS, i need to this following instruction:

1)set AMIS enironment variables in user .cshrc.private.

the problem is, how should i make a file of .cshrc.private? i should have this file in my directory so that i can set the environment variable in this file.
