I also facing same problem. I have made Ethernet Webserver using RTL8019as and PIC18f8722.
You can make it by using refresh statement of HTML Webpages in meta contents in your code.
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="1"URL= "http://192.168.x.x">
But i have facing problem that i am getting automatic refresh only 6-7 times after that it going to "hang" .
You will implement this and check it for 1-2 hour.
