Is there any paper about LNA of pre-amplify of RF?
if it is using CMOS then THE work to be read is

A 1.5-V, 1.5-GHz CMOS low noise amplifier
Shaeffer, D.K.; Lee, T.H.;
Solid-State Circuits, IEEE Journal of , Volume: 32 , Issue: 5 , May 1997
Pages:745 - 759

and
The design and implementation of low-power CMOS radio receivers
by Shaeffer, Derek K.

who have SiGe HBT's models, please upload it.

Read all above the comments,I think that these will lead me to success.thanks!

Added after 2 hours 34 minutes:

The design of cmos radio-frequency integrated circuits, thomas h.lee.I have this book,if you need, tell me your e-mail.

You can download thomas Lee's book from

Another good book for RFIC design is " Radio Frequency Circuit Design" by John Rogers and Calvin Plett. It is intended for Biploar technology. I like the way it introduces "nonlinearity".

I believe the book is in the upload forum, but somehow I couldn't find it.

Thomas H. Lee's book may be a little difficult for the beginner. I think some simple step-by-step design examples will be greatly helpful when one has read the basic theory of CMOS RFIC.

because that book is good at giving you a
big view on the RF system and components, but
it does not provide much design details

Hey, no body refered razavi's book of RF design.
is that book is not upto standard.
Regards

I think

1. Razavi, "RF Microelectronics" is a beginner's or learner's book.

Although it doesn't tell in details, but it highlight in brief the information needed that requires the reader like myself to refer to IEEE papers and other books.

I find this book very basic, to be honest. Well... it's for beginners, so it is still readable. Definitely not a handbook for practising engineer.

2. Thomas Lee, "Design of CMOS RFIC", perhaps one the best books around.

Very details, the engineering mathematics (good stuffs!), the models, the circuit analysis, and practical hints.
For advanced learners, and those who usually forget formulae.

However this book needs a Pspice companion to visualise better.

3. Best is still the university lecture notes found around the world, that's if the website permits public access and downloadable.
Try those labs, tutorials and practical examples given on the university websites. Very useful. Somestimes solutions are provided for you to check.

4. Play with Ansoft and HP-ADS is one of the best way to understand RF and High frequency circuits.

hey guyz good to have a forum like these :) but can anyone send me a link to download the soft copy of Analog circuits design by razhvi that would be great :)

Does anyone has the solution manual of Lee's book?
Would you kindly upload it?
Regards

I think that you must do these:
1)you will learn the basic analog circuit for examples opa ,you can analysis the circuit and can solve the problems that occurs in the design.
2) you will learn the theory of the rf.
3) you must do some design training.
4)you must get some help from others.

the important is, get a chance, try to start a project!

the links 4 "behad "and "pozar " 4 rfid books are not wrking .. plz help thanx

this site have some usefull ebook
h**p://books. electromaniacs. org/

Could you please upload again

The design and implementation of low-power CMOS radio receivers
