How to judge a pulse wave, which is generated by my designed oscillator?
The pulse wave has a 1% duty.
I have used the FFT analyses by Hspice, but the result is not my want. Which one can help me?

Thanks

Thanks A.Anand Srinivasan!

The output pulse wave's frequency is 32KHz almose.
I want to know the fequency accuracy or the 2nd distortion.

Is that clear?

I think fft can do this ,if u get a large sample data.
