Hi, I want to learn using XSpice and for this I have installed Ngspice 22 in Linux machine. I want to create new code models in XSpice and link them with simulator. Code Model's Tool kit in XSpice offers commands like mkmoddir, mksimdir, etc for this purpose. While installing NgSpice, i have specified the option of enabling XSpice; but still it dosnt allow me to use these code model specific command, It gives error as "command not found". I have followed the steps mentioned in ngspice manual (attached with the post) for enabling XSpice while installation.
I already read the updated version of ngspice but in that they included only one figure so I dint got how to invoke code models. Is there anything else that i have to do? Please guide me on this.

This question has been answered already somewhere else, but to make it complete, again also here here:
Please refer to the actual and updated ngspice manual for generating code models (http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/docs.html). There is no tool kit available (and none nedded) in ngspice to obtain new code models. Please have a look at the new ngspice XSPICE page at http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/xspicehowto.html for hints on creating models.
