How to interface AMBE 2020 vocodoer?

I need some information on vocoder ambe 2020 and how to interface it.If ayone have the datasheet of it please do forward it to me.

I have a problem with ambe2020.I recieved in encoder packet 0x13EC correctly in 20 mili second periods.
but my sound is corrupted.I can send to you my C source code.and know i use AMBE2020 with TLV320AIC12 Codec.
can you help me please?
