how to insert a level shifter in design manually?

Hello everybody!
I want to insert a number of Level Shifters in a design after the placement phase. In other words I want to know the place of other modules and cells before inserting level shifters to the design. Does anybody know how to do this in SOC-Encounter or any other tool?
I really appreciate your help!

Hi, you could used the ECO commands, as listed below:
addInst
addNet
attachTerm
deleteInst
deleteNet
ecoAddRepeater
ecoChangeCell
ecoCompareNetlist
