How to initialize Strata flash memory on Spartan-3E board?

PROM init

Hi,
I would like to initialize the Strataflash memory on my Spartan-3E board with some data, but I'm not sure how to do that. Is it done with iMPACT's PROM File Formatter? My data file is in hex format.
