How to include the Momentum in front of RF Circuit?

I have designed a RF circuit in ADS tool. Now i need to include the momentum concept in front of RF circuit. In what ways i can do this?

For example, you can export your momentum results into a spar file and include this file in your schematic, or you can create a symbol of your momentum simulation and include this symbol.
