As for wireless communication, my comparator should be used under 2G Hz. Currently, it would be distorted due to G frequency.
Any suggestions on the improvement of the speed??
Many thanks

Any anyone can help me?

I have designed 3-4 GHz comparators for High-Speed serial links before; If you tell me about your specs or post a schematic I'll be able to suggest some changes or perhaps a new architecture that could save you some time.

use a strong arm latch. Google it.

@A_Galaxy: Thanks very much. My schematic has been uploaded with its output waveforms, any suggestions?
