Hi guys,

I have a .prm extension file of a BJT that I need to import in cadence virtuoso schematic for simulation.
Is there any way similar to uploading the S2p file in a port, for the .prm extension file?

Thank you,

Best,
Shoko :)

If the model is a standard SPICE model and if you use IC6.16 you can import this model directly in ADE.Virtuoso will recognize the model without any tweaks. But if the model file ( generally text file ) has some different options than SPICE format, you may have to do some simple tweaks.
