how to implement XOR gate using Cmos in Verilog ?

Please can any body tell me how to implement XOR gate using Cmos in verilog ?

well i am not sure but iguess you could implement the CMOS in verilog and then map it... to form XOR... CMOS can be implemented just as a NOT gate or you could also implement as VTC curve...

why don't you implement it using behavioral modeling?you can use if statement to make it.
