How to implement PPP stack(software)

Anyone knows about how to implement PPP stack for interfacing mobile phone and GPRS? For connecting GPRS with microcontroller, we must develop PPP stack, so I want to know how to do that.
 

Not PPP stack, but TCP/IP stack with PPP facility.

Don't use mobile phone for your project, it is easier use GSM+GPRS module which alreary equip with TCP/IP stack such as Sonny-Ericson 's GR47 or BenQ's M22 or Telit's GM862
