hello
how to implement on-board ferritebead component into hspice/spectre for simulation. i couldnot find a model for it. for example i got a ferritebead has a nominal vaule 47R_100Mhz, which means its impedence is 47R at 100Mhz frequency. it seems not correct if i translate it into inductance according to this specific frequency and impedence value, how to deal with it ?
any idea? thanks
