Hello all,
I would want to use PWM channels of my PIC with different frequencies... is it possible ? I read the datasheet that mention that the reference clock is only the timer 2, so how can I do to have two independent output PWM channels ?

Re: PIC18F4620 & pwm

Hello,

You can only have one PWM period but both channels can have unique mark space ratios. If you need to have two unique periods then this can be done by using 1 x PWM and 1 x software based PWM using a timer interrupt. See my website 001tech.co.uk for more details.
