I'm now studying the design of operational amplifiers. And I also know that 1/3 time is about the design part, the other 2/3 would be coming from measurement. Can anyone recommend any book or paper which might have more details about these measurement steps? How to precisely get our parameters which could also match design if the circuit is fine ?

Check Phillip Allan's CMOS Analog Circuit Design, there is a chapter about Opamp and you can find some ideas about measurement

AD,TI,MAXIM appication is best resource,it is also best book.

include theory and practice.

i also want to know how to measure the amplifier, especially for fully differential operational amplifier. thanks. :?
