I wanna know how to get the plot of L vs. freq of an inductor?
I have ran SP simulation by SpectreRF thus i have the ZP vs. freq, as everybody knows, L=imag(ZP)/(2*pi*freq), that means i have to divide imag(ZP) by its correlate freq. But unlike ADS, it seems that SpectreRF doesn't store the swept freq as dataset...
Hello
Get waveform of imagZ11 to calculator
For ex it will be something like wave_22()
Then type wave_22()/xval(wave_22())/2/pi
Your will have result needed

This is wrong...
Here is not frequency variable."xval" function will find peak value of a curve (or characteristic) and will give you x value at that point.
However inductance behaviour will generally have exponential curve and then it will reach to the self resonance frequency by passing zero etc..
In the equation, it's impossible to find L value because at which frequency ???
xval(wave_22()) does extract the frequency point. this expression simply means the user wants the x-axis point of wave_22(), which is freqeuncy in this case if the user sweep the freq in AC or S-para simulation
