Hello ,
is there someone who knows how to get bill of materials from a ODB++file ?

extract bom from odb++

Most CAM editors these days can import an ODB++ file. What CAM editor do you have avaiable? Some of them can spit out a BOM from an imported ODB++ file.

Re: Bom from ODB++

A couple of weeks ago I started smt preparation .
In the past they did all the preparation from bom & pick-place with Excel and verified with drawings from client .
It's not easy and always error's .
So I'm looking for a better way and think at somekind of software .
(I found that with notepad you can see pick&place from ODB++)

Witch software is good and easy .

Re: Bom from ODB++

CAM350 is a very versitile CAM editor, and it will extract and print the BOM or Centroid (pick and place) file from the imported ODB++ file.

You can find information about it at: **broken link removed**
