as i feel, you are asking how to get the process files for the 0.18 technology for simulation.
all you can do is, go to the mosis.org site. there you will get a list of the processes available like for TSMC, AMIS , IBM,etc. then you can choose the type of process for your required feature size.
i am giving you one link which contains the process files for different runs of TSMC 0.18 **broken link removed**.
