how to generate fram view using Astro?

fram view

I'm a beginner for Astro
we lay out an analog layout ,how to generate fram view for Astro

and the tlu or tlu+ is in the *.tf file, how to use it ?

fram view purpose

you can get the tlu plus model with running the itf2tlu+ ,
or transfer it in the StartRCXT
 

read_lef fram

Generate Lef view from Analog Layout cells.
Following are required to generate FRAM views or physical libraray or milkyway reference library.
1. Technology Lef file.
2. cell lef file
3. gds to lef mapping file.
4. .tf file

Following command is one way of genertating FRAM views.
1. read_lef
2. readlib

usually tlup+ files are supplied by the library vendor. They are generated using "grdgenxo" utility of STARXT tool.

You can read in the tlu+ files into milkyway library after FRAM generation.
command is something like this "cmItf2TLUPlus" please check in the astro manual.
