There are two ways you can do it. (1) You can build a circular one. Then, you can use ADV EDIT->SCALE DIMENSIONS to scale if for elliptical shape. The disadvantage of this way is that the line width may also be scaled. (2). Use any software to create the vertices for the center line of the elliptical shape. Then, you can use INPUT->CREATE AND EDIT VERTICES to import the list into MGRID. Thenk, you can use ADV EDIT->BUILD PATH or BUILD WIRE PATH for it.
