How to find Vt, ro, uCox, and body effect parameters?

Do you know how to find Vt, ro, uCox, and the body effect parameter when VGS = 0.9V?

Please help.

in spice model file, you can find Vt, uCox. others, you can get by simulation.

effect of vgs on ro

u can find them in the spice model if not u can simulate get Vgs , Id , Vds and substitute in the equation but it's not accurate it give values within the range
