To calculate output voltage swing you need to give a sinusoidal input to either inverting or non-inverting terminal. Depending upon that you would calculate the gain and the swing can be measured.

Do not try to make your gain so high that the output waveform exceeds the DC supply value of opamp. Also I am attaching a pspice simulation example which shows how output swing is calculated
