How to enable/disable 6713 DSP external interface ports?

sir, i want to enable/disable the external peripheral interface ,j3 output ports of 6713 processor by using 'c' code...can you please say me what statement i need to write to enable/disable the external peripheral interface ports...

the output pins can be DC_CNTL0, DC_CNTL1, DC_DX0(McBSP0 transmit data).... how can i write code in 'c' to enable / disable these pins...please help me out soon....
