how to draw the foot print for transformer?

hi,
can any one tell me how to draw the foot print for this transformer,
i don't even don't know how many pins to be added.
can any one help me
if additional knowledge regarding this is also welcome'd. xformer.JPG
 

Please post its part number or datasheet.
 

in this schematic i can see only EED-30(hor) for transformer,it is a mount transformer.
thats all i know.
 

Sorry need info to determine the footprint.
