How to do a harmonic distortion analysis with Hspice?

I just do the simulation with a MOSFET, and the vds=0. Add a Sinusoidal Source to the drain of the MOSFET and do the harmonic distortion. Please see the attachment to get the details.

To get accurate results you will have to select reltol and abstol values several orders of magnitude smaller than the default values. Then do the transient analysis for an exactly integer number of input sine wave cycles. Then do the FFT option.

(This is what is done in PSpice, and HSpice may be very similar.)

But I want to see the distortion and use the analysis type '.disto'. And the .disto must follow the .ac. Please see the paper in the attachment.
