How to Detect delay in System verilog Scoreboard?

To My System verilog score board 3 packets are coming , 1 and 2 packets came properly, but last packet comes with delay of 10, then how to detect this delay in scoreboard without using assertion VIP and waveform viewer. How to implement it in scoreboard?
