hi frnds,

i want design 8bit RISC controller using verilog, i don't know how to start, please help me to design a controller
 

1.First finalize your specs.
2.Come up with a hardware structure (in gates and registers) which implements those specs.
3.Come up with a behavioral code (in verilog) to implement the same.
