How to design continuous delta-sigma ADC with Simulink

I have some questions of Simulink about it.
(1) Is the procedure of Simulink simulation the same with discret time delta-sigma ADC?
(2) How to use FFT scope? How to simulate the DAC on feedback loop?
(3)Does anyone can give the sample of Simulink file for me? Thanks a lot
