i need to design an opamp ,in the subthreshold region.
Can any one send me somematerial regarding this

Re: subthreshold region

Do u mean a device level design

subthreshold region

CHech the book by Shih Chii Liu and you will find lots of circuit operated in this region.

Re: subthreshold region

yes, circuit level design.how should one size them and bias them .

Added after 1 minutes:

and i don seem to dinf this SHih chi lui book, can anyone upload it

Re: subthreshold region

Take care that in some design kits the models in the subthreshold region is not accurate enough and so u need to make sure that the design kit u r using has accurate subthreshold models.

Re: subthreshold region

so does spectre have the accurate sub threshold model files.

It's not an issue of spectre rather than the models provided by the foundry.

Re: subthreshold region

has there been any work done for circuits in subthreshold region.I don seem to find any papers on how to bias a transistor and build circuits n so on,

Re: subthreshold region

if anybody has sub thrshold designs uplload it..
