hi i need to make analog to digital converter.

i know the basic method of making ADC but i need to design it for CMOS

whats the difference i have to know to design for CMOS.. cause basiclly most oof the cmos component will be MOSFET....

i need to design 8bit ADC (voltage mode)

ne guide line on that?
