Thank you all for your help!

I have found very useful imformation. Thanks to all of you!

But in fact,I just need to build a detect curcuit like those on treadmill,
so my result needn't to be precise.Anyone can give me some
idea?

I suggest you visit ti.com, analog.com, linear.com etc. and do a search on ECG and EKG ( electrocardiogram ). Many of these semiconductor vendors have app. notes for simple ECG amplifiers and heart rate determination.

Don't forget your acoustic options. You can use a microphone and a low pass filter to get the heart beat sound. Then you can use a comparator to get a logic pulse for each heart cycle.
