Could somebody help me with ideas to design a ramp generator [/b]

design an integrator circuit using opamp and fed in to it a dc signal ,

Use a mirror current circuit (constant current source) to charge a capacitor, when the voltage across the capacitor reaches a determined level, it triggers a transistor (or another electronic switch) that discharges fastly the capacitor.
