How to design a buffer of an LNA?

Hi, I need to design a buffer for measurement purpose of the LNA? How to design the buffer? Is there any considerations for designing the buffer? The current source placed down the source follower could be any reasonalbe value? The output of the buffer is connected to a 50ohms load? How to select the size of the source follower? Thanks very much...
