how to demodulate a signal without carrier

demodulation

could you please explain more,

what do you mean exactly?

demodulation

Non-coherently?

Sure, most signals except the ones which are phase modulated can be demodulated non-coherently (non including the differential PSK)

In order to understand about it, I suggest you refer the book of Sklar on digital communication, since its not something that can be explained on a forum (too much math)
