I'm new to ADS Momentum. Can anyone tell me how to define sidewalls (e.g. overcoat layer on the sides of top metal with finite thickness.) in the substrate?

Thanks in advance!

You can't model such a non-planar dielectric in Momentum.

The work around is to define an equivalent planar dielectric that is approximately correct for closely spaced conductors. From my experience, that works fine in many cases because the impact of the coating on the total result is small in many cases.
