How to decode the GSM modem's output?

i recently brought a GSM modem and i am trying to read the message receive. But the output the GSM modem return me is 07917150979603F0040B916174820790F000003020907160640003C1180C. Anyone know how to decode it please help me.Thanks.

It looks like you received a SMS and its message is A10. Its an old SMS about 5 years ago. You can decode it youself have a look at SMS_PDU_mode.pdf on the attachment.
