How to decide the value of resistor & capacitor in Snubb

Hi all

I want to decrease the ring , but how do I deside the value of the resistor
and capacitor , of course ,I can try and error ,but I don't like that,
I think there must some way to deside.
anyone can tell me or where can I find the datasheet ?

Try running a simulation on Pspice.In my cases the simulated result was very close to the real one.
