How to Create or edit model files in Cadence?

how to edit model files

I want to run parametric analysys and change npn.m to beta_npn.m while specifying the bf(beta forward) = beta instead of particular value and then sweet the value of beta as a variable....
Nebody have an idea how to do this?? as i cant just copy paste the model file of npn into a new model file...
