Hello my friends,

I am new to analogue layout. I am now working on a project based on IGZO circuit design. Unfortunately, no technical file from fab is provided. I am thinking if we can define a model file so that I can drag and place the transistor like we do in other PDKs.

I have done a little bit research. It seems that I have to write a openaccess file (.OA) to define the layer of the device. Please give me some hints on how to work on that.

Many thanks
