How to convert Xilinx designs to Altera ??

Someone ever tried the galaxians game in FPGA from **broken link removed** ?

Especially interested in converting Xilinx designs to Altera...

On top is the "babelfish" translator button...but reminds me then of those funny chinese2english user manuals (o;

Got it synthesized on cyclone...but seems it wants an ntsc tv on the output...not like VGA as the pacman project...

Anyone knows an intelligent way to do the ntsc->vga in fpga?
